Sharon Fiedler Welcome,

My name is Sharon Fiedler and I am a Maine wildlife photographer. My passion for watching wildlife in our beautiful state began 20 years ago when I did not have a camera, traveling 2hrs north into the Great Northern Woods of Maine to watch moose. In 2005 I purchased a point and shoot after discovering that you can have close encounters with moose on the old logging roads. I bought my first DSLR in 2007. I began having an interest in what local wildlife I could find in my own town and neighboring towns. To my own surprise, I began bird watching, going out to visit our local Maine Audubon Society grounds and discovered that I found enjoyment in watching not only the birds, but fox, bear, moose and birds raising their young. Birds of Prey are my favorite subjects. I am a very lucky person to witness their behavior in the wild.
